Q: How long after I order will I receive the dress?

Normal time: within 25-30 days (It usually takes about 30 days delivery from November to the next year may because of the time frame is shopping season.)
Rush order: within 20 days Even Earlier , please add $30.00

 

Q: Is a petticoat included in my order?

Petticoats are not included in any orders. You will have to order separately. You can buy a petticoat in our store.

 

Q: How do customize the measurement?

You can choose custom sizes or custom color options.
Then leave the detailed measurement in the shopping cart when you place an order.

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

Unpaid order: could be cancelled within 1-2 days.
Paid less than 3 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,
Paid at 3-20 days, 30% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned.
Dress has sent, can't return the payment to you.

 

Q: How can i order the dress if i have some color and special request for the dress?

You can kindly offer me a note when placing the order. You can write down the color, measurements you need and special requirement in the note. And most importantly is that please kindly offer me your phone NO. in the note for shipping!
